What does the challenge involve?
From the rugged beauty of the Glen Nevis Valley, to the forests and estuaries of the stunning Snowdonia National Park, join us for one almighty trekking challenge as we take on the UK’s giants on this classic 3 Peaks Challenge! We’ll take on Ben Nevis (1,345m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m) aiming to summit all three in a total trekking time of 15 hours or less. You’ll climb around 3,050 meters and have walked approx. 22 miles, so grit and determination are essential to completing this fast-paced challenge. It’s little wonder this is the most highly-regarded trekking challenge in the UK.

Fundraising Options
Minimum sponsorship – Pay a registration fee of £95 today to Global Adventure Challenges, then commit to fundraising £900 for Spinal Research (approx 12 weeks before departure)
Self-funding option – Pay a registration fee of £95 today then pay £450 to Global Adventure Challenges, approx 12 weeks before departure. There is no fundraising target after this – just raise as much as you can!

- A dedicated member of the team to answer any questions
- A Spinal Research technical t-shirt to wear during the challenge.

How does the challenge work?
You’ll take on three peaks in three days, challenging both your physical fitness and mental resilience. Transport is provided for you, as you meet in Glasgow to take on first Ben Nevis, then Scafell Pike and finally Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) on the final day.

Is there a minimum age to go on the Three Peaks Challenge?
Yes, all participants must be aged 18 or older at the start of the challenge.
What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
There are two options for the Three Peaks Challenge:
Minimum sponsorship – Pay a registration fee of £95.00 today to Global Adventure Challenges, then commit to fundraising £900.00 for Spinal Research (approx 6 weeks before departure)
Self-funding option – Pay a registration fee of £95.00 today then pay £450.00 to Global Adventure Challenges, approx 6 weeks before departure. There is no fundraising target after this – just raise as much as you can!
Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the challenge. We will even get you an iron on name so you can personalise it.

Can I take part in a wheelchair?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the route this challenge is not suitable for participants in wheelchairs. Please click here to find wheelchair accessible challenges.
