What does the challenge involve?
Nepal is a country in a league of its own with breathtakingly beautiful scenery, a fascinating culture, and friendly people. Meeting the villagers whilst trekking through this landlocked gem of a nation is one of its greatest pleasures. Your route will take you via the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar through beautiful valleys, dense forests, and across glacial rivers, enjoying tantalising glimpses of the mighty Everest before you reach your goal of Base Camp. There is also time built in to trek to the summit of Kalapatar, the famous Everest viewpoint, and wonder at views of highest mountain on the planet at sunrise.

Fundraising Options
Fundraising Option – Pay a registration fee of £499 today to Discover Adventure, then commit to fundraising £5,000 for Spinal Research (approx 10 weeks before departure)
Part-payment Option – Pay a registration fee of £499 today, then £500 to Discover Adventure and commit to fundraising £4,000 for Spinal Research (approx 10 weeks before departure)
Full payment Option – Pay a registration fee of £499 today then pay £2,250 to Discover Adventure approx 8 weeks before departure. There is no fundraising target after this – just raise as much as you can!
