FAQs

Is there a minimum age to enter the Gloucester Half Marathon?

Yes, all participants must be aged 17 or older on race day.

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

The registration fee for the Gloucester Half Marathon is £15.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £200.00.

Please note this includes a first fundraising target of £100.00, due on 30/12/2024. Without this, your place will not be confirmed by RunForCharity.

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.

These are sent out in time for your event, and our team will be in touch to confirm details.

Can I take part in a wheelchair?

Yes!

Please confirm that you are a wheelchair runner when prompted during the application process.

I have a ballot place and would like to fundraise for Spinal Research. Can I do this and will I have a fundraising target?

Congratulations on securing a place in the ballot – we would love to have you join #TeamSpinal! Join us today!

As an own place runner, you won’t have a fundraising target. We just ask that you raise as much as possible so you can to help us fund essential research.
