Can I complete all the races with Spinal Research?
Yes!
We’re partnered with Realbuzz for all six events in the SuperHalfs series, and you can choose to complete any or all of them with us through their portal.
Realbuzz are a third-party organisation who connect runners with charities to support, and are a fantastic way to guarantee a place on high-demand races connected with a good cause. More information can be found on their website here.
Why can't I apply to run in 2024?
Unfortunately the Lisbon, Prague and Berlin portals have closed for 2024 entry. The good news is, you get 60 months to complete the series, and can register your interest for the 2025 races now.
*details for Berlin to follow in due course*
If you’ve got your heart set on starting your SuperHalfs journey with Spinal Research in 2024 (or just want to run a half marathon in a beautiful city), applications for Cardiff, Copenhagen and Valencia are open now. Click below to apply!
Is there a minimum age to enter the SuperHalfs Prague Half Marathon?
Yes, all participants must be aged 18 or older on race day.
What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
The registration fee for the SuperHalfs Prague Half Marathon is £TBC and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £TBC
Please note this includes a First Fundraising Target of £TBC which is due 60 days before the event, after which Realbuzz will confirm your place. In the event that you do not reach this target, Realbuzz reserve the right to remove your place.
Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run. We will even get you an iron on name so you can personalise it.
These are sent out in time for your event, and our team will be in touch to confirm details.
Can I take part in a wheelchair?
Yes, although the application process is slightly different. The Prague Half Marathon organisers request that you get in touch with them here before making your application with Realbuzz.
Please note that as per the Prague Half Marathon regulations, all wheelchair runners must have a support runner with them, and should be aware that the route includes cobbled streets and tram tracks and this should be taken into account when deciding to participate.
I have a ballot place and would like to fundraise for Spinal Research. Can I do this and will I have a fundraising target?
Congratulations on securing a place in the ballot – we would love to have you join #TeamSpinal! Please email our Events Team to let us know!
As an own place runner, you won’t have a fundraising target. We just ask that you raise as much as possible so you can to help us fund essential research.
