FAQs:

Is there a minimum age for taking part in the 10k?

The minimum age to take part in this event is 15.

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

The registration fee for this event is £15.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £120.00

Please note there is a first fundraising target of £60.00 which is due on the 23rd December 2024. The remainder of your fundraising target (£60.00) is due 4 weeks after the event.

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run. We will even get you an iron on name so you can personalise it.

These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.

How will I get my race pack?

If you entered before Saturday 12th March, you will receive a race pack in the post. If you entered after this date, a pack will be waiting for you to collect on the day. If you are expecting a pack in the post and do not receive it before the event, please make your way to the registration desks on Sunday morning and we will issue you a replacement pack.

If you are collecting your race pack, please make your way to the registration desks between 7:30 – 8:30 am. It will take around 15 minutes to collect number and drop your bag off. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day.

Can I take part if I have a disability?

I have a ballot place and would like to fundraise for Spinal Research. Can I do this and will I have a fundraising target?

Congratulations on securing a place in the ballot – we would love to have you join #TeamSpinal! Please select ‘Own Ballot place’ above.

As an own place runner, you won’t have a fundraising target. We just ask that you raise as much as possible so you can to help us fund essential research.
