We have partnered with Ultra Events to offer you the chance to take on the ring a become a boxer or MMA fighter. They will provide 8 weeks of free training designed to get you in the best shape of your life and teach you the skills that you need for your fight.
Why Ultra Events?
Ultra Events organised its first boxing event in 2009, helping spark the rapid growth of white-collar boxing events across the UK. Since then, the company has hosted events in every major town and city in the UK, as well as expanding into the USA. Today, Ultra Events organises an average of 450 events each year, involving more than 17,000 participants. Supporting charitable causes has always been at the heart of Ultra Events.
How the partnership works (in 3 simple steps)
- Pick your sport and sign up
Choose between MMA or Boxing and complete the sign up form - We support your fundraising
Once you’ve registered for Spinal Research, A Givestar fundraising page will be set up and our Events team will be in touch with tips, resources and encouragement – every step of the way. - Ultra Events runs your challenge
Ultra Events will be in touch to invite you to join a Facebook group, and will allocate an Area Coordinator who will assist with your challenge

Have a questions about doing a challenge with Ultra Events?
How much do I need to fundraise?
Ultra Events requires all participants to sell a minimum of 10 tickets to friends and family, and fundraise a minimum of £50 via a givestar page.
Standard tickets are £25 each, these are early bird prices, these will increase 4 weeks before the event and again a week before the event. VIP tables of 10 can be reserved with a deposit where possible.
Will I get a fundraising top to wear?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear to promote your challenge, please note you will not be able to wear this during the fight.
