Dream holiday T&Cs
- Eligibility:
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Spinal Research and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. - Entry Fee & Method:
Each entry costs £5.00 and can be submitted via the official online platform at spinal-research.org/holiday. Other entry methods are available including in person entries at Royal Windsor Horse Show, stand B227. You may enter multiple times; for example, a £15 donation will count as three entries. Alternatively, you may enter for free by post. To do so, send your full name, postal address, and either a valid email address or telephone number to: Prize Draw Entry, Spinal Research, 201 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1JA. Each postal entry must be submitted separately (i.e., one envelope per entry) and must arrive before the closing date. Free entries carry the same chance of winning as paid entries. - Closing Date:
The prize draw closes at 2:00 PM on Tuesday 24 June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw and paid entries will be treated as donations to Spinal Research. - The Prizes:
The first prize winner will receive £3,000 in Virgin Gift Card vouchers. Gift cards are subject to the Virgin Gift Card terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://www.thevirgingiftcard.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/ Once the prize has been awarded, Spinal Research accepts no responsibility for any changes, restrictions, or limitations made by Virgin to the Virgin Gift Card terms and conditions or for how the vouchers may be used. No cash alternative will be offered. The second prize winner will receive a bundle of prizes including, but not limited to a handbag and a cashmere poncho. Spinal Research reserve the right to substitute prizes. Prizes will be delivered directly to the winner from the retailer/manufacturer. Once the prize has been awarded, Spinal Research accepts no responsibility for the fulfilment or usage of the prize items. - Winners Selection & Notification:
The winners will be selected at random within 7 days of the closing date and notified by email or phone using the details provided at entry. - Claiming the Prize:
The winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If unclaimed, a new winner will be drawn. - Publicity:
By entering, you agree that your name may be used by Spinal Research for promotional purposes related to this prize draw (e.g., announcing the winner). The winner’s name will also be shared on the draw webpage at spinal-research.org. - Data Protection:
Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties. - Promoter:
