Spinal Research Ambassador
I am 63. I live in Winchester with my wife, assistance dog, cat, and fish. I have an open and curious mind and always interested in new research, technology and advances in science. I am sociable with a great network of friends whom we see regularly. I love going to the cinemas, the theatre, meals out, travelling abroad and in the UK. I exercise on average four times a week both online and at my local gym, and go to hydrotherapy every week. I try and report on accessibility issues on my website and on Instagram, and share good news stories where people have gone the extra mile to help, and of course not such good news stories where things have been particularly difficult and they shouldn’t be. I like to think I campaign not complain, and want to always make the world a bit of a better place.
