Lisette joined Spinal Research in Jan 2024 to support with Operations & Governance and to oversee the companies Health & Safety and Human Resources requirements. Lisette has a special interest in supporting Spinal Research having degenerative disc disease for many years.

Lisette has over 20 years’ experience working in the Investment Banking & Legal sectors, supporting across multiple projects and is an advocate for diversity & inclusion.

Away from work she enjoys visiting countries on her bucket list, chair yoga and reflexology.
