Is there a minimum age for taking part in the Run Tatton 5K?

Yes, all participants in the Run Tatton 5K must be aged 15 or older on Event Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.

 

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

The registration fee for the Run Tatton 5K is £15.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £100.00.

Please note there is a first fundraising target of £60.00 which is due on 08/08/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target (£40.00) is due 4 weeks after the event.

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.

These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.

How will I get my race pack?

All race packs are to be collected at the event.

To collect them you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 7:15am – 8:30am.

Can I take part in a wheelchair?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the course the Run Tatton 5K isn’t suitable for wheelchairs. Please click here for a list of wheelchair-accessible events.

I have my own place on the Run Tatton 5K and would like to fundraise for Spinal Research. Can I do this and will I have a fundraising target?

Yes, all participants in the Heaton Park 5K must be aged 11 or older on Event Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.

 

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

The registration fee for the Heaton Park 5K is £15.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £100.00

Please note there is a first fundraising target of £60.00 which is due on 30/08/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target (£40.00) is due 4 weeks after the event.

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.

These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.

How will I get my race pack?

You should receive a race information email the Friday prior to the race. Please check your spam folders as they do sometimes get lost! The same information will also be published on the website the week leading up to the event, along with our entry list. If for any reason you do not receive the email, please check here.

The organisers will have registration tents located in the event village. Please just visit the desk for the distance you’d like to run and we will issue you with your race number and chip. You just need to state your name to do this.

Can I take part in a wheelchair?

Yes! Please enter the relevant information when prompted during registration.

Is there a minimum age for taking part in the Miami Marathon?

Yes, all participants in the Miami Marathon must be aged 16 or older on Marathon Day.  All runners under the age of 18 must have a participation waiver signed by a parent/guardian.

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

The registration fee for the Miami Marathon is £49.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £750.00

This includes a first fundraising target of £562.50 which is due on 03/11/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target is due 4 weeks after the event.

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.

These are usually sent out after the first fundraising target deadline.

How will I get my race pack?

You will need to collect your race pack from their Expo, which usually runs from the Friday to Saturday before the event. Make sure you allow time to collect the pack during your race day planning.

Yes, all participants in the Napoli City Half Marathon must be aged 18 or older on Marathon Day.

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

The registration fee for the Napoli City Half Marathon is £29.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £200.00.

Please note there is a first fundraising target of £150.00 due on 22 December 2025. Once you achieve this your place on the Marathon is confirmed. The remainder of your fundraising target is due 4 weeks after the event.

 

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run. We will even get you an iron on name so you can personalise it.

 

How will I get my race pack?

You will need to collect your race pack from their Expo, they will send you more information closer to the time.

Yes, all participants in the Tokyo Marathon 2026 must be aged 18 or older on Marathon Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.

The registration fee for the Tokyo Marathon 2026 is £100 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £4,000.

Please note there is a first fundraising target of £3,000 due on 01/11/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target (£1000.00) is due 4 weeks after the event.

Join #TeamSpinal for Portugal’s biggest running event and the first of the 2025 SuperHalfs Series! 27,000 runners flock to Portugal’s capital every year for the EDP Lisbon Half Marathon. Having taken place for over thirty years, the course follows the shores of the River Tagus and has on three occasions played host to the half marathon world record, in 2000, 2010 and 2021. A particularly famous part of the course traverses the iconic bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril) giving you spectacular and unbeatable views of Lisbon. This marathon is a chance to revel in the city of a thousand colours as you run for a future without paralysis.

What is the SuperHalfs Series?

Six races. One SuperMedal.

Complete all six races in the SuperHalfs series (Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia) in any order and become a SuperRunner, complete with your very own SuperMedal.

Can I complete all the races with Spinal Research?

Yes!

We’re partnered with Realbuzz for all six events in the SuperHalfs series, and you can choose to complete any or all of them with us through their portal.

 

Who are RealBuzz?

Our partner Realbuzz are a third-party organisation who connect runners with charities to support, and are a fantastic way to guarantee a place on high-demand races connected with a good cause. More information can be found on their website here.

Is there a minimum age for taking part in the SuperHalfs Lisbon Half Marathon?

Yes, all participants in the SuperHalfs Lisbon Half Marathon must be aged 18 or older on Event Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.

 

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

The registration fee for the SuperHalfs Lisbon Half Marathon is £29.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £425.00

Please note there is a first fundraising target of £318.75 which is due on 24/01/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target (£106.25) is due 4 weeks after the event.

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.

These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.

How will I get my race pack?

On presentation of an identification card I.D. and the official confirmation letter, bibs are to be collected at the event Expo:

  • Thursday, March 6, 10:00am to 8:00pm
  • Friday, March 7, 10:00am to 8:00pm
  • Saturday, March 8, 10:00am to 8:00pm

Can I take part in a wheelchair?

Yes! Please enter the relevant information when prompted during registration.

You will be able to collect your bib (and the race pack) at the Expo Run Rome The Marathon. The Expo will be open to the public on Friday 14 March and Saturday 15 March from 9:00am to 8:00pm at the Palazzo dei Congressi, Piazza John Kennedy, 1, 00144 Roma RM. 

Recommended underground stops to reach the Expo: 

  • Eur Fermi (blue line B) 10 min on foot (800m)
