What is the SuperHalfs Series?
Six races. Sixty months. One SuperMedal.
Complete all six races in the SuperHalfs series (Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia) in any order within a 60-month (five-year) period starting from the date of your first race and become a SuperRunner, complete with your very own SuperMedal.

Can I complete all the races with Spinal Research?
Yes!
We’re partnered with Realbuzz for all six events in the SuperHalfs series, and you can choose to complete any or all of them with us through their portal.
Who are RealBuzz?
Our partner Realbuzz are a third-party organisation who connect runners with charities to support, and are a fantastic way to guarantee a place on high-demand races connected with a good cause. More information can be found on their website here.
Is there a minimum age for taking part in the SuperHalfs Valencia Half Marathon?
Yes, all participants in the SuperHalfs Valencia Half Marathon must be aged [AGE] or older on Event Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.
What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
The registration fee for the SuperHalfs Valencia Half Marathon is £29.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £425.00.
Please note there is a first fundraising target of £318.75 which is due on 12/08/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target (£106.25) is due 4 weeks after the event.
Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.
These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.
How will I get my race pack?
The race bib-chip and the goodie bag can be collected at Expo 21K.
In order to collect your race bib you will need to show the QR code, which we will send to your email the Thursday before the race, along with a valid official ID in its original format.
Can I take part in a wheelchair?
Yes! Please enter the relevant information when prompted during registration.

Yes, all participants in the Run Tatton 5K must be aged 15 or older on Event Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.
What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
The registration fee for the Run Tatton 5K is £15.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £100.00.
Please note there is a first fundraising target of £60.00 which is due on 08/08/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target (£40.00) is due 4 weeks after the event.
Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.
These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.
How will I get my race pack?
All race packs are to be collected at the event.
To collect them you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 7:15am – 8:30am.
Can I take part in a wheelchair?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the course the Run Tatton 5K isn’t suitable for wheelchairs. Please click here for a list of wheelchair-accessible events.

How will I get my race pack?
You should receive a race information email the Friday prior to the race. Please check your spam folders as they do sometimes get lost! The same information will also be published on the website the week leading up to the event, along with our entry list. If for any reason you do not receive the email, please check here.
The organisers will have registration tents located in the event village. Please just visit the desk for the distance you’d like to run and we will issue you with your race number and chip. You just need to state your name to do this.
Can I take part in a wheelchair?

Yes, all participants in the Tokyo Marathon must be aged 18 or older on Marathon Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.
What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
The registration fee for the Tokyo Marathon is £100 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £4,000.
Please note there is a first fundraising target of £3,000 due on 01/11/2025. The remainder of your fundraising target (£1000.00) is due 4 weeks after the event.
Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run. We will even get you an iron on name so you can personalise it.
These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.
How will I get my race pack?
You will need to collect your race pack from the Running Show, which usually runs from the Thursday to Saturday before the event. Make sure you allow time to collect the pack during your race day planning.
Can I race if I have a disability?
Yes, participants with disabilities, including those using wheelchairs, can take part in the Tokyo Marathon. However, the race has specific rules and regulations regarding wheelchair participation.

What is the SuperHalfs Series?
Six races. Sixty months. One SuperMedal.
Complete all six races in the SuperHalfs series (Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia) in any order within a 60-month (five-year) period starting from the date of your first race and become a SuperRunner, complete with your very own SuperMedal.

Can I complete all the races with Spinal Research?
Yes!
We’re partnered with Realbuzz for all six events in the SuperHalfs series, and you can choose to complete any or all of them with us through their portal.
Who are RealBuzz?
Our partner Realbuzz are a third-party organisation who connect runners with charities to support, and are a fantastic way to guarantee a place on high-demand races connected with a good cause. More information can be found on their website here.
Is there a minimum age for taking part in the SuperHalfs Prague Half Marathon?
Yes, all participants in the SuperHalfs Prague Half Marathon must be aged 18 or older on Event Day – you will be asked to confirm your age when you enter the event.
What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
The registration fee for the SuperHalfs Prague Half Marathon is £29.00 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £440.00.
Please note there is a first fundraising target of £330.00 which is due on 28/01/2026. The remainder of your fundraising target (£110.00) is due 4 weeks after the event.
Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run.
These are usually sent out after your first fundraising target.
How will I get my race pack?
Start packs and previously purchased t-shirts may only be collected at the race Expo based on presenting a form of identification (identity card, driver’s licence, passport or any other document issued by an official authority), containing the same details as those entered onto the application form.

Can I take part in a wheelchair?
Yes, although the application process is slightly different. The Prague Half Marathon organisers request that you get in touch with them here before making your application with Realbuzz.
Please note that as per the Prague Half Marathon regulations, all wheelchair runners must have a support runner with them, and should be aware that the route includes cobbled streets and tram tracks and this should be taken into account when deciding to participate.
