FAQs
What is the SuperHalfs Series?
Six races. Sixty months. One SuperMedal.
Complete all six races in the SuperHalfs series (Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia) in any order within a 60-month (five-year) period starting from the date of your first race and become a SuperRunner, complete with your very own SuperMedal.

Can I complete all the races with Spinal Research?
Yes!
We’re partnered with Realbuzz for all six events in the SuperHalfs series, and you can choose to complete any or all of them with us through their portal.
Realbuzz are a third-party organisation who connect runners with charities to support, and are a fantastic way to guarantee a place on high-demand races connected with a good cause. More information can be found on their website here.
Is there a minimum age to enter the SuperHalfs Copenhagen Half Marathon?
Yes, all participants must be aged 18 or older on race day.
What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
The registration fee for the SuperHalfs Copenhagen Half Marathon is £49 which is refunded after the first fundraising target and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £375.
Please note that 50% of your fundraising target (£187.50) is due 60 days before your event.
Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?
Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run. We will even get you an iron on name so you can personalise it.
These are sent out in time for your event, and our team will be in touch to confirm details.
Can I race if I have a disability?
As per the Copenhagen Half Marathon’s FAQs – “Blind or otherwise physically impaired persons are allowed entry provided they show due consideration to fellow runners. Special equipment, such as handchairs, wheelchairs and babyjoggers, are allowed only by previous agreement with the organisers.”
