Cynthia joined the team in July 2024.
With a PhD in biomedical research and experience in research grant management, she oversees projects from initial funding through to impact assessment. Passionate about evidence-driven innovation and collaboration, she helps strengthen the organisation’s research pipeline and advance discoveries that bring us closer to functional recovery after spinal cord injury.
