FAQs

How does Endure24 work?

Endure24 is a 24-hour relay race with one goal in mind – complete as many laps as possible within the time limit.

You can compete either as a solo runner or as part of a team, and each lap will be 8km/5 miles.

For more information on how it works please click here.

Is there a minimum age to enter Endure24?

Yes, all participants must be 18 or older on event day.

What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?

Registration fees start from £20.00 depending on the size of your team.

We ask all our charity place participants to fundraise a minimum of £500.00 for Endure24 Reading. Please note this includes a First Fundraising Target of £250.00 that is due on 8th April 2024.

Will I get a fundraising top to wear on the day?

Absolutely, we love to send our team a technical t-shirt to wear during the run. We will even get you an iron on name so you can personalise it.

These are sent out after your first fundraising target.

I have a ballot place and would like to fundraise for Spinal Research. Can I do this and will I have a fundraising target?

Congratulations on securing a place in the ballot – we would love to have you join #TeamSpinal! Join us today!

As an own place runner, you won’t have a fundraising target. We just ask that you raise as much as possible so you can to help us fund essential research.

Can I take part in a wheelchair?

Yes! The Endure24 course will be suitable for wheelchair users, but it should be advised that the course is undulating and a trail route, so may only suit athletes with experience.

Having said that, there is no minimum speed, and the nature of Endure24 means it is even a possibility to do just one lap when part of a team.
